I am so pleased with the entire experience of having a new roof and new gutters installed by Jody and his team. Jody made the entire experience easy and gave me so much confidence in the process of choosing shingles and understanding suggestions made to enhance the airflow in my attic and reroute water that caused flooding around my back porch. It’s been a long time since I’ve been completely pleased with a home service. When I met Judy, I knew right away that he was “Good People”, and I was not wrong. An insurance inspection brought roof issues to light. Repairs were required to keep the policy in check. I called Moontimes Roofing and Jody was able to come out the following day to check out the project. I got a fair quote and he knocked out the repairs quickly. Our roof was in rough shape when I had Jody come out for an estimate. We had several missing shingles, a leak, and water damage around the chimney. Jody gave me quotes for both a full roof replacement and a repair, and he made sure I understood what would give us the most value. It turned out a new roof was the smartest choice. We got other local estimates, but they were either overpriced or the roofer ghosted us. Not Moontimes. Jody was prompt, professional, and never pushy. He gave me time to decide, and once we were ready, he was quick to discuss shingles and schedule the install. Most importantly, he didn’t rip us off—he was honest, transparent, and gave us a fair price for high-quality work. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. The roof was installed the next week by a large, hardworking crew who got it done in just one day. They did an excellent job and were very respectful of our property. I’ve only found a few stray nails—which is impressive considering how much old material they hauled off. To top it off, our A/C went out the same day (totally unrelated), and Jody still stayed late to help me troubleshoot—even though he absolutely didn’t have to.
